Issue with navigation Tomtom nva-sd8110

Hello,
I have a 2011 mx-5 with built in navigation. After update using SD-card the system went corrupt, now just looping. Start screen ok, then a strange yellow page showing a symbol of an Electronic chip, then the same page with a red cross over it, then starts all over with the start screen.
I have a back up of the SD - card but i can not force the unit to read the card again. Any suggestion what to do? Anyone has a radio/nav unit for sale? Regards leif

did you try one of the following procedures?

- reset the radio (press OFF button for 20 seconds)
- reinstall the software following this manual: https://uk.support.tomtom.com/app/an...ail/a_id/18349

As far as I know, Mazda had some issues with these devices.
Failures and also a service bulletin to improve some of the devices.
